Contract Has Been RATIFIED

Thank you to those members who made an effort to have your voice heard by voting on the new contract for the 2019-2023 contract years.  Your votes have been heard and I am happy to report that the new contract has been ratified and we are starting our next steps with the Office of Administration to finalize the contract.

I also want to thank those members who have contacted the office to voice your opinion on how to access the new contract once it is completed.  Therefore, based on that information, the new contract will be distributed via email as well as be posted on the FOSCEP website in the coming months.

Thank you from YOUR union officers and directors to represent you during contract negotiations with increasing wages at a rate of 16.75% over four years, holding the line at healthcare costs, the addition of a flexible spending account, and a shift differential increase.  YOUR negotiating team also rejected changes in rolling furloughs, drug/alcohol testing, holiday pay, and a change in overtime compensation.
